HCRG was the second international member of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA), the governing body which sets the standards for the sport’s rules, seasons, and safety. As of 2012, there are 130 WFTDA member leagues, with another 59 leagues in the WFTDA Apprentice program.

WHY SHOULD YOU HIT US UP?
While we are an awesome, phenomenally talented group of skaters and volunteers, the Hammer City Roller Girls cannot do it all alone. It takes a lot out of us to set up bouts and run a league. Bout production expenses include venue rental, insurance, sound system, medical personnel, lighting, equipment rental, refreshments, and beverages. And league costs run the gamut from uniforms to practice venue rental fees, coaching expenses, merchandise, skating insurance, advertising, and print materials, to name but a few.
